Our Story
Inspired by our kids, we built Pebl for all families with unique learners.
Our child learns differently - bright, kind, and endlessly curious - and we wanted a way for him to share his strengths while feeling supported and understood.
Pebl became that space - a place where he could express himself, grow in confidence, and know that we were fully present, listening to his thoughts, stories, and feelings with care. It strengthened his language, memory, and processing - but most importantly, it deepened the connection within our family.
Deep Connection
Pebl encouraged him to share his interests, worries, and the moments that mattered most. These conversations helped guide him through school - and now even into college - while keeping our bond strong.
Daily Discovery
Our journey began with the first Pebl—“onion skin and lake water.” That night at the dinner table, our usually quiet son shared the adventure of exploring a pond and peering under a microscope with his classmates. The conversation was full of surprises, laughter, and wonder—a moment that left us feeling fully connected in a way we hadn’t experienced before.
Safe Sharing
For years, Pebl was just for our family. Then other families and teachers asked if they could try it too. Pebl provides children with a safe, supportive space to speak freely and be heard.
Building Confidence
Working alongside special education teachers, clinicians, and researchers, we learned that when children have a space to share and be celebrated, it strengthens confidence, communication, and relationships with family, peers, and teachers alike.
Continuing the Journey
Today, Pebl helps children who learn differently - and the families who love them - build daily connections, celebrate curiosity, and enjoy meaningful conversations. It’s a place for children to be seen, to be heard, and to grow in confidence, while families discover more about their children every single day.
